Chicken Spaghetti- my way

Cook as much spaghetti as your family will eat, first breaking it into 2-3 in. pieces. In another pan make a thick white sauce with 3 T. butter 3 T. flour and about 1 1/2 c. milk. when that is done add some dried celery or drained mushrooms, what ever you have on hand, a sprinkle of celery seed and a can of diced green chilies. I used celery today, if you have fresh you can use that too. Salt and pepper. Then add cooked chicken or canned chicken diced. Stir well. When the noodles are done drain and mix the sauce with the spaghetti and put in a casserole dish. Place in the oven at 350 degrees for about 15- 20 min. Sprinkle cheese on top and let melt. Serve with a vegetable and bread and butter. Yummy. This picture is before adding the cheese.
