Mango Salsa


1 ripe mango, peeled, pitted, and diced (about 1 1/2 cup)

1/2 med red onion (finely chopped)

1 jalapeno (minced with seeds removed for less heat)

1 small cucumber (peeled and diced, about 1 cup)

3 T. fresh cilantro leaved (chopped)

3 T. lime juice

salt and pepper to taste

Combine ingredients in bowl. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Diced avacado may also be added.
