Todays juice

2#carrots
1/2 head cabbage
1 apple
2 stalks celery
big bunch spinach
2 T. flax seed
The juice is good but just a tad spicy. I don't know what would have made it spicy,maybe the cabbage or spinach? I look foreword to getting my juice every day
The vitamins are suppose to go right to the blood stream, unlike eating vegetables.
