Tomorrow, Saturday the Hispanic Baptist church is having a Mexican food sale at the old gas station in Hardesty. They will be having a food sale every Saturday all summer as well as car washes and other fund raising things. They decided they want to do missions and so they are earning money so they can do this. I think this is admirable and made some banana bread to donate for them to sell. I plan on buying some tortillas.
I have a pork roast cooking now and will be making pork chili. I think I will go put some beans on to soak to go along with the pork chili.
One of the ladies involved told me they are making burritos and other good things.
