The dirty thirties

Our family will attend this showing. The admission fee is suppose to be 35 cents just like it was back then.

  1. How interesting! My parents all lived through the dust bowl as children in North Dakota. Those were very hard times.

  2. The kids and I read a book recently on the dust storm that hit Ok in the 30's. It was fiction but based on fact with lots of real life stuff in the back of the book. They ooohhh'ed and ahhhh'ed through the whole thing!
