I received this as an email so I do not know who the author is. I thought it was simple to understand and informative so I wanted to post it here to share. Feel free to post it to your blog. I sent the email to my family and my mom told me this morning that she had read it and had sent it on because it made it easy to understand what your liver actually does and why its important to do what you can to take care of it.
