- 1 london broil
- 1 pkg. ranch salad dressing mix
- 1 pkg. Italian salad dressing mix
- 1 pkg. brown gravy mix
- 1-1/2 cups water
- Mix all the dry ingredients with the 1-1/2 cups water. Place roast in crock-pot. Pour the mixture over roast and cook on low overnight. Once you do this recipe - you will never prepare any other way. The gravy it makes - is to die for.
- This is definitely a male favorite and will fast become a family favorite.

- Edited to add: We had this last night and it smelled very good while it was cooking and tasted great too. I couldnt find Italian dressing mix so I used a bottle of Italian dressing which made it kind of sweet. Next time I will look up how to mix up my own Italian dressing seasoning. This was very good, the whole family loved it and we will be making it again.

London Broil
CROCK POT LONDON BROIL
What is a "London Broil?"
ReplyDeleteAll I know is that its a cheap cut of meat. At first I thought it was a steak but its like a roast. Its cooking right now and smells wonderful. I will make a note on the recipe on how we like it.
ReplyDeleteI tried this recipe but used boneless pork chops instead of the roast. Everyone loved them. This recipe is a keeper!
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing this recipe! I was able to get 2 grass fed london broils on sale. I then doubled the seaonings. I used organic salad dressing mixes and organic gravy mix. The children could not get enough of it! A big hit at our house!
