Needle case

This is a view of the needle case I made this morning in the closed position. I ended up sewing on large snaps because these plastic snaps were not made for this this thickness in fabric.

This view shows the needle case open with a few needles inserted. I have been needing a good place to keep my needles so I am happy to have this.

  1. Very nice! Now, I see how it is, open, but how does it look different in the closed position? Did you fold in the sides or is there something I don't understand? Yolanda

  2. In the closed position I just snapped the snap and then pushed the sides in to make it the triangle shape. You could leave it just a half moon but then some of the needles might fall out. I just made it up from one I saw that was a vintage case. Or needle keeper.
