Grilled zucchini


I love grilled zucchini. Slice zucchini the long way and toss with olive oil. Sprinkle salt, pepper and thyme and grill. This is so incredibly good.
This is good cooked in a pan on the grill too but it is so much better when you put it right on the grill and get it a little toasted.
Hannah wanted to know if there was butter on it its so good. Then she said it tasted like steak. I bet you could skip the hamburger and just make this into a sandwich.
I learned that using thyme is the key from our pastor who is a great cook. Thanks Bill.
