Home Canned Chocolate Syrup


3c. water 2 c. corn syrup ( or make your own- 1 part water 2 parts sugar, honey, etc) 2 c. sugar 1 c. cocoa 1 tsp. salt 2 Tblsp vanilla Bring to boil-cook 3 minutes then add vanilla. Makes about 6-1/2 pints, waterbath 15 min.

  1. Oh how nice! It would never have occurred to me to do this. It would be great to have a few of those on the shelf. My husband would be so happy! LOL
