Five Ingredient Corn Casserole


Five Ingredient Corn Casserole

1. 1 can of corn

2. 1 can of creamed corn

3. 1 cup of sour cream

4.  1 stick of melted butter

5.  1 box of Jiffy Corn Muffin mix
You can top with cheese but that would make it six ingredients.  Your choice.

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. In a bowl, mix all of the ingredients together and pour into a greased 8"x8" casserole dish. Cook uncovered for 50 minutes or until lightly browned.

  1. That sounds so yummy. I wonder if you could substitute ingredients for the corn muffin mix, which I never buy.
