We stayed in one of the parents rooms at AFBC last night. It is very nice. We get to stay here tonight as well. The room is called the Mahogany room. They also have a Pine room and an Oak room.
This morning she officially moves in although we did take her things to her room last night. She was not allowed to have the small fridge we brought so we are taking it back home. They have a small kitchenette in the dorm.
On weekends they have a fridge in the dinning hall where the cook leaves leftovers for the kids to heat up. I thought she had to provide her own meals on the weekends but not so. That leaves me with less worries.
Orientation is this afternoon with a meal this evening. I was happy to be able to stay and spend this time with Joy. I was afraid we would have to just come and drop her off.
