Emily's Ramen Noodle Salad

Ingredients1 package prepared cole slaw
2 small packages of Ramen oriental noodles (crunched)
2-4 scallions
1 cup chopped or slivered almonds
1 cup sunflower seeds

Sauce:
2 Ramen flavor packets
1/2 cup oil (olive oil)
1/4 to 1/2 cup sugar (depending on taste)
1/4 cup balsamic vinaigrette dressing

Makes about 6.5 cups, with a 14 ounce package of cole slaw
Directions
mix dressing separately by combining ingredients

Mix cole slaw, scallions, nuts, and noodles in a large bowl. Pour sauce over mixture and stir.

Prepare salad 2-3 hours before serving to allow to season
