Chocolate Mayonnaise Cake by Pamela Cassada
Chocolate Mayonnaise Cake
Ingredients:
2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
... 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
4 heaping Tbsp. cocoa
1 cup water
1 cup mayonnaise
2 tsp. vanilla
Directions:
Add all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Pour into 9x13 pan and bake at 350 degrees for about 35 minutes.
Frost cake when cooled with your favorite icing. I use Cream Cheese Frosting.
Cream Cheese Frosting:
8 ounces cream cheese
1 stick unsalted butter
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
4 cups confectioners' sugar
Beat together til creamy
