Jeff came home Friday evening and is spending the weekend here. He will leave sometime Monday. Saturday we worked like crazy getting things done. He always has a honey do list. I wish it was otherwise but that's how it is. He doesn't come home but about once a month so things pile up. The girls and I do as much as we can.
Today is church and relaxing and fellowship. Last evening we had the preacher and family over for steaks. We had a simple dinner of bacon wrapped tenderloin with a pasta salad and pork and beans. We also had Foccicia bread with spread I found in the Kraft magazine this month.
Take 8 oz. cream cheese and place in a pie plate or other pan
spread pesto over the cream cheese
next add diced tomato
finally some grated cheese
Place the pan either on the grill or in the oven for 10-20 min until soft and melty. I don't keep track of time real well so that's about as close as I can tell you.
Spread this on the foccicia bread or toast some sliced baguette or french bread in the oven with olive oil and use that.
