Since I didn't like the beet greens yesterday I decided to make it different today. Today I used 2#carrots
1 apple
1 in. ginger root
1 beet (no greens)
Its really good. The carrots tame the beet down and the ginger gives it a tang.
This recipe made 32 oz. I drank some and put the rest in a stainless steel container I bought a Walgreens yesterday. Its suppose to keep things cold. Its in the refrigerator right now. We will see how this thing works.
