Saturday at home

This morning Jeff was suppose to meet with someone from Guymon about a job but it has been postponed for a week. That means he has to drive here for the third straight weekend in a row, bad news for him, good news for me. Next Sunday all three girls will be going to church camp. The older two as councilors and the younger one as a camper. So, when I take them to camp, I will just head on to Tulsa to spend the week with Jeff. That way neither one of us will be alone during the week.
We went to Liberal to meet Hannah's dad to pick her up. We had the oil changed on the truck and ate at Mc. Donalds. Then we went to Walmart, Walgreens, Ace Hardware, picked up 5 gallons of kerosene and filled the truck with fuel.
We then came home and the girls peeled 10 pounds of potatoes. We put a gallon of baked beans in the crock pot and Jeff got 4 racks of ribs ready and put in the oven. I also made tea and kool aid.
Then Joy labeled and wrapped soaps for me. Jeff, Mollie and I put sun blocker on the sun room windows. Its amazing how it drops the temperature so fast.
Later today we are having friends over to eat. We will be having the ribs, potato salad and baked beans. One thing nice about our friends is we can invite them over even if we are not having any thing fancy. Once a week or so ago we had them over and all we had was bacon wrapped tenderloin on the grill, cream cheese spread and crusty bread. Everyone likes to be together so what we do is irrelevant.
I was thinking today what a blessing Bill and Christina have been to us. We needed them and they needed us. We all like each other. The ages are quite varied but we couldn't have asked for better friends. We truly all love each other. Its like two families who have been made one. We are in the Lord but we are in our hearts as well.
We love you Bill and Christina, Courtney, Kaitlyn and Sammy.

Our Family loves this precious family sooo much. We never had a family that has been such helpers/blessing as they have been to us. It truly has touched our hearts. Having 3 little one with many other responsabilities is a bit overwhelming at times especially with no grandma or grandpa near by to turn to. So Debbie, Jeff, & their girls have pretty much filled those shoes for our family and we are so blessed by their great love and willingness. WE LOVE YOU BEBBIE, WEFF, JOY, LOLLIE, & HANNAH *;*
