Jeff is safely home from Germany. His flight kept getting changed until it finally got in about 2:00am from the original 9:30 pm. It was good to see him. He seemed even more handsome than when he left. We stayed in Tulsa because we knew the weather in Hardesty and all points east was quite bad. It was nice to be in a cozy camper with heat, food and TV as opposed to stranded in the truck or worse yet a ditch. (been there, done that) Remember sisters? That was in March too.
Anyway the girls and I headed back to Hardesty Sunday afternoon. Apparently the roads had only just been cleared of 15 foot drifts. We were very glad to have missed all the snow. I was anyway. The girls were disappointed though because they didn't get to go sledding. That is such a rare occurrence they were sad to have missed an opportunity.
The weather is warm so the snow is melting rapidly.
Thank you Lord for the moisture.
