Answer these questions from memory.
1. The 4th of July is Independence Day? Yes or No
2. The USA declared their Independence from what country?
3. What General led the fight for our Independence?
4. Who were the minutemen?
5. What did Revere say when the British were coming?
6. What year did America get her Independence?
7. How many original colonies were there?
8. Who sewed the first American flag?
If you cannot answer these questions easily then you need to get out an old history book. One that still has the correct information. I do not know if the new history books have the information or if it is correct.
