Chicken tortilla soup

1 ½ t. olive oil
¾ to 1 c. chopped onion
Cook onion in oil until translucent
Add 1-2 c. chopped chicken
1 ½ c. chicken broth
¾ c. apple juice
12 oz. tomato sauce
¾ t. cumin
¾ t. chili powder
Cilantro
Garlic to taste
2 cans black beans
¾ c. salsa
1 ½ t. lime juice
Cook 5-10 min. Serve in bowls topped with tortilla chips.
