The web site has a fun area where you can see how much fiber you are getting. You drag the food to your plate and the fiber bar goes up. Its fun to see how making different choices can really change the amount of fiber you are getting. I had fun making different plates of food to see which would be better for me. I am going to try this concept.n It makes sense.
