I have a menu worked up for a couple of days. We will leave Thursday to pick up the girls at church camp and take them back again on Sunday so the week is short.
Breakfast will be oatmeal or eggs
Lunch will be fresh vegetable juice and a sandwich
Evening meals will be:
Monday-Steak and sweet potato
Tuesday-jalapeno poppers (made with fresh homemade cream cheese)
Wednesday-toasted baguette slices with cream cheese (fresh homemade), pesto, tomato spread
Edited to add: We just found out we are staying until a week from Friday so the menu will have to be extended. I had to take a roast out of the freezer to make some room so it is in the crock pot right now.
