From 19 to 3

Yesterday the girls and I got most of the Pink Monkey stuff put into the storage trailer.

Then I asked them to go to the shed and get the totes with yarn and fabric. Mollie came back and told me there were 17 totes of them. So I said take them into the house so I can sort through them.

Well they were wrong. I had 19 totes. I went through them this morning and narrowed it down to 3 three, yes 3. I am so proud of myself. I may not be cutting down by 90% like I have been saying but still, I am cutting down huge amounts.

I had sorted through the fabric and crafts in my sewing room and had thought I was pretty much done. Well, I now have about 5 or 6 boxes of fabric and yarn. With the totes in my sewing room I probably started out with at least 25 totes.

I found loads of my hand made soap so I am going to make a bunch of grab bags to sell at the farmers market and the craft shows coming up.

Monday

Today was a hard day because I was so tired. The last two days we went to bed past midnight. We did a lot of traveling. I think I have been exhausted.
I mowed until the wheel fell off of the lawn mower again.
Later Joy and I went to town and bought some E clips. This time I bought 6 so I don't have to keep running to town. When it cools down later I will mow some more.

I made two batches of soap. Plain and oatmeal tea tree oil.

My girls had a great time last night with their cousins, Kolby and Brice. They always have so much fun swimming together. When the boys first swam with the girls they thought they (the girls) might be prissy. Boy were they surprised when the girls attacked them and had a war in the water. Now the boys think the girls are cool. They said wow they just play and have fun and don't act like girls. lol

We will be going to Amarillo sometime this week to pick Joy's dress up for Kaleena's wedding.

Old cartoon-new news?

Go here to view this cartoon that was made 50 years ago. It is scary how accurate it is.

If I could figure out how to put the video on my blog I would.
