Crochet rug

After Christmas I was able to buy quite a bit of fabric for 61 cents a yard at Wal Mart. It was Christmas fabric but it was so cheap I couldn't pass it up. One day I decided that it would make good rag rugs so I tore it into long strips and sewed the strips together. Then I rolled it up into a big ball. Lastly I crochet it into a beautiful rag rug. This is the second one I made. The first one I sent to Joy for her dorm room.
I have enough fabric to make a few more rugs. I am working on a green and white rug that has a bit of red in it too.
This rug is very well made and will last for many many years. It measures approx. 22 inches by 34 inches. It will sell for $40.00. This rug is not from the Christmas fabric. The white had stick children and yellow busses and the blue had some things like that too.
The rug is white with a blue edging. If you are interested in purchasing this rug you can email me at bootstrapdko at yahoo dot com.

I wish I was that talented. I try to crochet but never seem to be able to finish a project. I have been trying to crochet an afghan for ages

YAY!!!! I'm excited to see the picture. :D Let's just add this to the many things you can teach me. I'm going to have to come up with something more than bread making to help teach you. ;)
